Primary Responsibilities:

? Ensure a consistent, efficient and effective delivery of operational services, in order to support the

achievement of business objectives across all areas

? Closely work together with sales, ITPS and OTR team in customer acceptance tracking.

? Manage the warranty status to support commercial team customer management.

? System owner in account creating, reports activating, workflow approval etc to rigor business operation.

? Work with internal and external teams and customers to gather information and data for use in our

centralized service management system

? Work closely with process leaders to ensure data and information collected is complete and accurate

? Any other tasks that support the organization daily operation.

? Perform a wide variety of administrative support activities to P&L GM and team.

Qualifications Required:

? Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college

? 2+ years related working experience;

? Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;

? Detail oriented, committed to deliver the results;

? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines;

? Fluent spoken and written English.

? Excellent communication skills, a team player, with ability to energize
