Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing support to China Payroll Manager in processing China payroll related activities , which include payroll processing, individual income tax compliance and payroll-related benefits operations for over 1,500 staff in China .Ensure the payroll activities are processed by following regulations and policies, and deliver the payroll result timely and accurately .

• Responsible for efficient payroll reporting, and prepare payroll journals and account reconciliation.

• Responsible for monitoring time charging.

• Support on payroll system implementation.

• Support on other ad-hoc assignments

• Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

  Requirements:

• Working experience in multinational company is a good plus.

• Good knowledge on China Individual Income Tax and social insurances

• Attention on details, service orientated and result driven

• Excellent Excel skills

  Fluent in English and Mandarin
