职位描述
Experience with TQM (Total quality management), Deming circle concepts, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) including the application and use of Westinghouse Rules. Experienced based understanding of how to used applied statistics in real world manufacturing technology support.
熟悉TQM（全面质量管理）、戴明环原理和SPC（统计制程管制），包括西屋规则的应用和使用。熟悉使用应用统计学支持生产技术。
Understanding and use of parametric and non parametric models, auto correlation aspects, data set transformation (log-linear, log-log, power law-linear) methods, and monte-carlo based hypothesis testing.
对参数和非参数模型、自相关测试、数据集转换 (对数线性、对数、功率定律线性) 方法以及基于蒙卡洛的假设检验了解和具有应用经验。
Expected candidate will have some design of experiments skills including screening, reduced factorial, full factorial and custom designs. Understanding of experimental design with respect to failure mode assessment in experimental design space (a plus). Risk assessment through FMEA also a plus.

Software experience in SAS JMP and/or R, or similar is required.
