职位描述
主要工作职责
确保物业应用软件与专用软件运行正常及升级。
确保物业办公区电脑硬件运行正常、网络连接正常及客区的网络使用正常。
确保物业相关软件、数据、网络以及系统的安全。
定期进行各相关系统的培训以及维护其他系统等。
确保租户的宽带网的安装;连接正常运转。
为客户提供简单的安装咨询服务以及有偿设备采购、维修、安装的服务。
协调各供应商做好各项技术保障。
协助新加坡总部做好对于区域物业的网络及各系统的升级改造工作。
资质需求
计算机、电子通讯等相关专业专科以上学历。
具有丰富的网络管理经验，具有较强的网络安全意识。
熟悉常用硬件的管理和配置，如服务器、交换机、防火墙等。
富有职业精神、工作热情和服务意识，能承受较强的工作压力。
