Purpose of job

Execute on a broad range of complex Finance initaitves/activities across the Finance process landscape.

Key Activities

- Carry out complex analyses, continued development of compliance, complexity reduction, efficiency optimisation in high quality within the financial reporting of the reporting unit/entity.
- Evaluate compliance issues in business cases and projects in close corporation with business partners.
- Implement and integrate compliance tasks and accounting principles in an ongoing dialogue with the reporting unit/entity.
- Proactively support and constructively challenge the unit/entity management team and organization in maintaining a high level of financial compliance when implementing business plans.
- Contribute with a constant focus on compliance and with high quality analysis to strengthen the business decision-making process.


Critical knowledge and experience

Industry, market and business environment
- Experience managing defined processes within a global finance environment.
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Most likely to have 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

Technical, functional and professional
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in finance.
- Strong ability to？influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the finance area.
