Essential Responsibilities
Driving commercial success for Monitoring Solution & Respiratory Care in China L23 HPs by:
• Financially accountable to set and achieve the quarterly and yearly product P&L Operating Plan targets (Orders, Sales, Contribution Margin).
• Collaborating with commercial leadership and segment to develop the China market and orders forecast
• Creating marketing initiatives to drive direct sales and sales through channel partners
• Facilitates innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success
• Ability to articulate complex processes/offerings in a simple way that is easy to understand
• Add value to the customer’s business and maintain a goal-oriented approach to the business partnership
• Demonstrate to customers how they benefit by partnering with GE and how our solutions deliver results

Role Summary/Purpose

Plans, coordinates, and executes on commercial for critical care solution in the L23 region, including product positioning, market segmentation and targeting. This position is responsible for generating growth for Monitoring Solution & Respiratory Care through demand creation and funnel acceleration; and supporting new building/project by identifying market trends, relevant buying centers and personas, and customer needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 or more years’ experience working in sales, business development, and/or operations functions; experience in critical care field strongly preferred
• Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
• Strong capacity and drive to develop career
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%- 40% of the time
