DESCRIPTION -
Working for the Manufacturing Engineering department, this role is an Industrial Engineer position with focus on Mechanical production, assembly and inspection. Industrial Engineers are required to design, set up and maintain the production process, tools and jigs, this is for both in house production and to support third party supplier production as required.
此工作是在生产工程部，职位是工业工程师，重点是产品机械方面的生产，组装和检查。需要对生产流程，工具和工装进行设计，建立和维护。不仅仅是针对工厂内的生产，当第三方供应商的生产需要时，也要对其提供支持。
The role requires working with suppliers, designers, other Factories, as required to:-

？ Support the production process and resolve technical issues with the product and/or jigs and tooling, and establish root cause and implement preventative actions via normal processes.

？ Attend meeting and represent the industrial engineering department.
代表生产工程部门参加会议。
？ Assist in production reliability and process mapping to continually improve and optimize production test efficiency.
通过提高生产的稳定性和生产过程的分析持续不断地提高优化生产测试效率。
？ Design and implement tools, jigs and fixtures for the production process.
设计和制造生产过程中使用到的工具工装。

RESPONSIBILITIES -
？ Provide technical support to the production process and department to resolve manufacturing engineering related issues for released hardware, including authorization of Non Conformance Reports and amendments to production documents.
对生产过程和生产部门提供技术支持来解决与生产工程部门相关的硬件问题，包括批示授权不符合报告和修正生产文件。
？ Support the production plan, ensuring the product is delivered on time to meet customer demands by eliminating testing bottle necks.

？ Responsible to assure correct testing standard hours in BoM and analysing deviations; review variances to manufacturing orders and if applicable, take action to reduce variance.

？ Compliance and ensure that products and services are provided and used in a controlled, environmentally responsible and regulatory compliant way. Ensuring all non-compliances and documentation maintenance applicable to the area of control are understood and allocated for corrective action and completed within the agreed target dates (CLM, NCR, ECR, ECO’ Concessions)
负责流程符合性，确保提供的产品和服务是受控的，并且符合质量体系法规和环境保护法规的要求。确保不符合项和文件维护符合控制要求，并按时完成纠正预防措施(CLM,NCR,ECR,ECO’ Concessions)
？ Design and documentation of the product manufacturing process including:-

o Specification of tools, jigs and fixtures, in terms of Design, Manufacture and validation before use, and providing cost justification for them.
按照流程对工装工具在使用之前要文件化，包括设计，制造和确认，以及给采购提供一些关于设备价格的信息。
o Specification of Work Instruction (WIs)．
文件化操作方法（WIs）。
o Develop and maintain safe working practices, particularly with material handling, safe assembly process, hazardous substances and electrical safety.
建立和维护安全工作场地，尤其指物料配料区，安全的组装过程，有害物质安全处理和电气安全。
o Definition of production times and administration of Route Cards.
定义标准生产工时，维护生产工作令。
o Definition of factory layouts and special environmental conditions for the manufacturing process.

？ General production process efficiency:-
提高生产过程的效率：
o Identify and carry out manufacturing process improvements to improve efficiency, quality and cost savings through Value Stream Mapping, LEAN Manufacturing techniques and other tools.
通过价值流，精益生产技术工具和其它工具的分析对生产过程改进，提高生产效率，质量和节约成本。
o Support projects to transfer production from one facility to another．
支持从一个工厂到另一个工厂的生产转移的项目。
o To define and promote good workmanship standards.
定义和提供好的工艺标准。
？ Participate in Engineering Change and Product Creation processes
参与新产品研发项目和产品维护项目
o Update production process,WI, tools, jigs and carry out Process Validation(to include special processes) as a result of design change.
更新生产过程，组装工艺，工具工装，执行过程确认，以此作为设计更改的结果。
o Participate in the Product Creation process to develop manufacturing process, set up tools, jigs and carry out process validation.
参与新产品研发项目，建立生产过程，使用的工装，工具和执行过程确认。
？ Other activities which the reporting manager assigns
