Development Plan

Year 1

Diageo :

DWA L1, DWA L2, WEST Level 1 test, and other spirits training 

Tasting new launch products ahead of the market

Tasting some of the most precious/ oldest liquids in the world

Candidates:

Complete and pass DWA L1 &L2 within 1 month

Pass WSET Level 1 within half year

Enable to do brand mentoring  independently within 2 month

Enable to do  DWA L1 within half year

Year 2

Diageo :

Opportunities to see international gurus (Charles/Dave) and celebrity (Beckham)

WSET L2 test

Precious Liquid tasting

Candidates:

Ability to deliver brand experience to consumer /trade/media precisely and stunningly

As a good helper to develop trade business and accelerate new business as well

Year 3

Diageo :

Opportunities to flying to Scotland to explore the most fascinating experience about Scotch

Precious Liquid tasting 

Candidates:

A professional business consultant with own unique opinion on market and business of spirits 

Commercial awareness on trade to transform recognition to be new trends predictor. As a successful Diageo member to help the company to drive trends.
