Key responsibilities
？ Understand China Consumer Banking and Payment market, loyalty landscape & market structure to expand Asia Miles.
？ Implement the strategy and plan to drive Asia Miles program level expansion & development in China. 
Non Air Partnership acquisition (Accrual & Redemption)
？ Develop Asia Miles Non-Air Partnership and solicit/manage partners (Consumer Banking, Travel & Leisure) to meet revenue targets
？ Work internally with stakeholders to manage implementation of new partners on operational and financial levels
？ Work with partners and vendors on promotional campaigns to drive for more miles accrual, member engagement, and recruitment of new members.
？ Monitor the performance of non air partnerships with analysis, reporting and research.
？ Solicit new redemption Asia Miles Partners in China, develop Non-Air redemption proposition. 
Client & Partner Management
？ Engage & deliver quality service and support to clients & partners
？ Establish & sustain a good working relationship with clients & partners
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications 
？ Proven track record in deliver sales target in consumer banking industries (credit card and payments)
？ Strong network and connection among the associate, credit card and payments industry
？ Tertiary education (a degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline will be preferred)
？ Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, ideally with knowledge of credit card or mobile payments and loyalty programmes
？ Relevant experience with banks is a plus
？ Ability to work independently
？ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
？ Creative, dynamic and innovative
？ Good numerical and analytical skills are also required
？ Willing to travel extensively in PRC
？ Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
？ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
？ High level of computer literacy with knowledge in internet, e-commerce
