Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business, operation reviews
• Work with dental president on annual StraPlan preparation
• Manage industry trend, business intelligent and market research at platform level
• Lead funnel management, including 3rd party data, and transformative marketing initiatives

 

Requirements

• BS, MS, or MBA degree, consulting or healthcare industry experience is preferred
• Proven working experience in strategy and business planning
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, market research, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare industry
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills to work across various function/departments
• Behavior (as normal in daily work) multi-tasking and pressure handle abilities
