Scientist/Senior Scientist-Flow Cytometry

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated candidate with hands on experiences in BD Flow Cytometer to work in the Flow Cytometry Lab of Immunology Center. The lab is equipped with a BD FACS Aria cell sorter and BD FACS Canton II cell analyzer. It is built to serve clients’ needs of cell sorting and cell surface or intracellular biomarker studies. The primary role of the position is operating and maintaining the Flow Cytometers for cell analysis and cell sorting. You may also be extensively involved in mammalian cell culture, cell and tissue sample (from both Human and animals) processing, cell staining and FACS data analysis etc. As the lab is built to follow CLIA and CAP regulation, adhere to and enforce proper safety practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as all general operational policies within the lab is expected.

The Immunology Center at WuXi is built to provide a comprehensive open platform for immunological service of preclinical and clinical studies, and to facilitate immunotherapy drug discovery in cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Requirement
？ BS or MS in immunology, biology or other Life Science-related disciplines with two or more years of relevant experiences in multiparameter Flow Cytometry.
？ Experience in FACS Diva and Flowjo software.
？ Experience in mammalian cell culture.
？ Proven ability to perform research independently, excellent scientific problem-solving ability.
？ Proficiency in English is expected.
