In vitro Scientist

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated candidate with hands on experiences in in vitro cell-based assays and molecular biology techniques to join the Oncology Business Unit at WuXi AppTec.

Your responsibility
You will be responsible for performing in vitro and ex vivo assays in support of our discovery programs. You may also conduct experiments to test the efficacy of compounds in in vitro assays for cancer and other ongoing programs. We are looking for someone with demonstrated hands-on proficiency in culture of cancer cell lines, primary cells and tumor cells. Expertise in cell-based assay and/or molecular cloning is required. Expertise in other techniques such as FACS, ELISA, bacteria culture, RT-PCR is highly desired. You should have a strong background in in vitro research, be well-versed in best laboratory practices and possess good scientific problem-solving ability.

Requirements
BS or MS in immunology, biology or other Life Science-related disciplines with relevant experiences in cell-based assay development and molecular biology techniques.
Experience with cancer biology and cancer related assays are preferred.
Proven ability to perform research independently, excellent scientific problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in English is expected.

基本要求
生物相关专业学士或硕士，有一定的分子、细胞实验经验。
熟悉肿瘤细胞培养及相关实验、分子克隆、FACS, ELISA, bacteria culture, RT-PCR 等将优先予以考虑。
能够独立完成实验，并有一定的解决问题和探索的能力。
英语听、说、读、写流畅予以优先考虑 。
