REQUIREMENTS:
Training & Education:
- PhD in Immunology, Biology , Infectious/Liver Disease or relevant disciplinary with 2+ years work experience on FACS analysis and MLR assay.
- Strong motivation with a dedicated work ethic.
- Excellent oral presentation and communication skills

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
(本岗位主要为支持国内客户的1.1类新药研发项目，整个工作从前期靶点选择一直到临床前研究都由国内新药研发服务部主导研发，发展和学习空间很大，可以往药化项目主管发展)
- Interact with our project leaders and assist their need in cancer immunotherapy validation and efficacy studies using various syngeneic tumor models.
-Perform FACS analysis of TIL subpopulations, conduct in vitro TIL stimulation and functional analysis assays.
-Examine the effect of immune checkpoint inhibitor on T cell activation
-Oversee the work of others and be responsible for study design, experiment execution and completing study report.
-Be responsible for client project communications.
- Stay abreast of latest scientific and technology advancements in the field.
- Attend team meetings and deliver clear and well prepared presentations. Participate in client TC and be an active participant in discussions.
