职位描述
Job Purpose:
Provide full-cycle recruitment service and meet the hiring needs at professional to manager levels. Take a broad and analytical view to work with hiring managers from local to global, and provide recruitment consultations and services. Drive recruitment excellence under the guidance of BU Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle during his/her daily work, including but not limited to requisition creation in Taleo, job launching call, sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate gets onboard.
2. Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media.
3. Build up and maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates and recruitment vendors.
4. Develop a robust talent pool in Taleo and Tupu, drive data accuracy and consistency as per required.
5. Participate in the external recruitment fairs and events periodically, build a strong network, business acumen and market intelligence.
6. Support various recruitment projects as per request, such as employer branding, process and policy optimization, system optimization, campus recruitment, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Solid recruiting experience from MNC or renowned recruitment agency.
3. Proven track record in fulfilling the assigned requisitions with the KPIs of lead time, cost per hire and customer satisfaction.
4. Possess good know-how and sourcing skills for major job boards and social media.
5. Good interpersonal skills with sound communication, being able to interface customers and vendors independently.
6. Be proactive, humble aggressive and have a strong sense of urgency.
7. Fluent English and Chinese communication, proficient in word, excel and PPT skills.
