职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To achieve the agreed objectives, both quantitative and qualitative, set by the VP through developing HNWI business.
To constantly give tactical recommendations to VP regarding market trend, customer feedback and competitors’ action.
To formulate and implement approved action plans, monitor the progress against the agreed sales targets.
To develop business opportunities for HNWI.
Develop initial potential pool of HNWI .
Propose creative HNWI programs for MHDC key brands with the assistance and guidance of the Business Development Manager and Marketing team.
To implement the Company’s strategy for HNWI business.
To formulate business plans according to brand objectives set by the Marketing Department.
To build up excellent relationship with HNWI through sales-driven initiatives including but not limited to:
1) Setting up meetings, activities, events with HNWI and relevant parties
2) Attending such meetings, activities and events with the goal to close every sale deal
3) Interacting with HNWI in order to ensure high quality direct sales service
To develop business growth strategies for HNWI business.
To maximize the return of all operational expenses.
To continuously assess business opportunities for core brands in HNWI channel taking into client trends, market share, and activities.
To work closely with CRM team to establish HNWI CRM Database.
Set up and manage HNWI data strictly and diligently according to company guidelines.
Client/Sales data upload and maintenance (personal data and sales records).
Data-mining under the guidance of the VP with the objective drive repeat sales.
Activation of CRM for HNWI clients under management guidance.
Any other ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by VP.
REQUIREMENTS:
University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
Good Chinese & English communication skills.
At least 10 years commercial background .
Experienced in manage relationship with HNWI clients.
Good understanding of marketing and finance.
Knowledge of imported spirits.
Good understanding of people management.
Full understanding of modern selling and training techniques.
Good negotiation skills.
High level of personal selling skill.
Good planning skill.
Good communication skills.
Well organized with good analytical skills.
