Main responsibilities:

1. Participate in recruiting, responsible for whole recruitment process 参与协助招聘团队相关工作

2. Follow up internal HR related process & procedure in daily operation 协助HR相关日常流程工作

3. Support employees’ on boarding/ termination process为员工办理入离职手续

4. Documents’ printing/ mailing/ Filing, etc. 相关人事文档打印、寄送、归档等

5. Other HR operational tasks, such as private car for biz use, name card application, etc.

其他事项， 如私车公用材料审核、员工名片申请信息审核等

Qualifications:

1. Grade 3rd or Bachelor degree

2. Familiar with OFFICE related software.

3. Good English in oral and written. Strong communication skill.
