MAIN PURPOSE

    

The purpose of the position is to assist the Wholesale Manager for all wholesale activities, provide administrative and report support for Central China wholesale operation and dealers

    

    

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    

–      Sales report (monthly sell-out reports, yearly sell -out analysis report, sell-out by category segmentation, competitor analysis report, accounts receivable, etc) to support Wholesale manager to set up follow-up tools

    

–      Set up and prepare tools to allocate resources in terms of products (newly product launch specification, inventory report, etc)

    

–      Support Wholesale manager to monitor the existing dealers account, including sell-in, merchandising and targeted action plans for each individual markets

    

–      Responsible for order issue, logistics, customer service, after-sale service throughout dealers & retailers

    

–      Coordination with PR department in organizing related Wholesale PR events; coordination with visual merchandising team to maintain the brand image through visual display

    

–      Other administrative support to Wholesale Manager

    

    

·QUALIFICATION:

    

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT; Mathematics/Statistics; Business/management or other related field

    

Good communication in English

    

    

·EXPERIENCE:

    

2-3 years of professional experience working for a multinational company in the retail industry, luxury field is a plus
