What we expect from our watches, we expect from us: Never stand still. 岗位职责: MAIN PURPOSE Implement CRM tools and deploy such tools to increase service/ sales productivity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, manage and consolidate qualitatively the brand CDB - Establish proper training for boutiques database management - Identify & exploit CRM partnership opportunities to expand customers database - Explore and acquire new high profile clientele - Planning & evaluation of CRM events - VIP treatment program planning - Support roll out of loyalty program & initiate ideas on improvement - Develop new strategies to target different client's segment and Project management with strong communications with other departments (coordination, boutique visit, follow up sales, etc...) - Tailor-made CRM tools to support Retail for customer relations building local production of Customer contact card, birthday card, graphic charter, welcome brand booklet, China VIP pack, Macau exclusive box, client's treatment gifts, etc... - Liaison with Headquarter and North Asia on data extraction for E-mailing, direct mailing, guest invitation - Budget control & competitors' research * Set up direct marketing strategies (targets, action plans, results, etc...) * Manage relationship with Contact Center and monitor Call Center activities, efficiencies & service level standard; as brand's contact window, follow up and handle issues from Call Center * Develop and interact with prospect/existing customers via Social Media platform, such as WeChat JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor degree in retail or marketing, advertising, web development, communications, IT - Previous strong experience in CRM activities, ideally both in Agency and in Companies - Minimum 4 - 6 year experience - Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese 任职要求: MAIN PURPOSE ？Implement CRM tools and deploy such tools to increase service/ sales productivity 合同期限: Undefined
