Essential Responsibilities
• Understand current product offerings and Identify value proposition for customer
• Design and implement pricing strategy (including pricing configuration, discount policy, etc.) to drive business growth
• Collaborate with product team and finance team & analyze commercial data to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategy
• Drive continuously improvement on pricing strategy
• Support Product team on variant data analysis & strategy design
• Simplify existing data management, leverage IT tools to increase productivity in data analysis

Qualifications/Requirements

• Passionate about commercial analysis, commercial strategy
• Strong analytical skill & clear thinker to tackle complex commercial problem
• Strong communication skill to drive collaboration across multiple functions
• Able to articulate complex commercial problem
• Expert in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in pricing design / product finance is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree above
• City : Shanghai, Beijing
