Essential Responsibilities
• Lead CPQ (Configuration, Pricing, Quotation) system implementation from functional perspective
• Collaborate with multiple function teams (Sales, Finance, OTR, etc.) to identify all detailed requirements for CPQ system implementation
• Work with IT team to evaluate the system feasibility and identify risk & execute mitigation plan to drive seamless transition for the new system implementation
• Identify proper solutions to resolve gaps & pain points throughout the wing to wing Commercial, Operation & Delivery process
• Sync up with Global functional & IT team and horizontal business team to optimize solutions and expedite process simplification

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong knowledge of commercial ITO process, configuration & quotation process
• Strong communication skill to drive collaboration across multiple functions
• Great team player and had experience in successfully leading process simplification & system implementation
• Passionate about process simplification & digital solution
• Bachelor’s Degree above
• City : Shanghai, Beijing
