职位职责：
？ 负责创意项目的设计执行指导；
？ 与创意总监和项目经理沟通，准确地完成设计任务；
？ 提出丰富多样或新奇独特想法，运用恰当的手法准确表现创意、有效呈现创意内容，引导客户接受；
？ 监督设计、制作、完稿、印刷的质量及准确性。
职位要求：
？ 艺术、设计或相关专业学历；
？ 4年以上美术指导相关工作经验，有4A公司工作经验者优先考虑；
？ 有专业扎实的美术功底，深厚的设计功力及手绘表现力，对创作充满热诚；
？ 拥有国际视野，能有效地建议和把控时尚、高端的设计感觉；
？ 具备超强的视觉指导和执行能力，思维敏捷，具超强的创意策略理解能力；
？ 作风谦逊上进，良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队合作精神，性格开朗外向；
？ 熟练使用Mac系统，熟悉Illustrator，Photoshop及Indesign等软件。
