1、根据工作安排，完成相应模块的设计、开发和单元测试，参与系统需求分析；

2、配合进行集成测试、系统测试以及用户测试；

3、进行软件维护，解决软件漏洞、优化软件、实现变更需求；

4、对系统运行提供技术支持，解决运行维护中的问题；

5、编写软件开发与系统维护相关技术文档等。

任职条件

1、本科（含）以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年Java开发经验，熟悉软件开发流程；

2、精通java，具备OOA/OOD编程理念，熟悉设计模式；

3、熟悉Struts、Spring、Hiberate 等主流开源框架, 熟悉Weblogic、Tomcat等应用服务器的部署与配置；

4、熟悉HMTL，XHTML，Xml，CSS，Javascript，AJAX等网络技术；

5、了解SQL语法，会java数据库编程，熟悉Oracle或其他主流数据库者优先；

6、有大中型软件项目开发经验者优先，有大中型互联网公司工作经验者优先；

7、责任心强，工作积极主动，有耐心，能承受一定工作压力；有良好的学习能力，乐于学习研究新技术；

8、有保险行业经验者优先。
