职责：

 To perform Purchase-To-Pay process for respective procurement items in a conformance and compliance way, including EHS related laws, regulations and requirements as well as internal control policies, procedures and processes

 To act as Procurement representative at site, to engage the relevant stakeholders for alignment on direction and commitment to ensure business needs / requirements are being well served. The stakeholders are included global network and site respective end users

 To achieve respective business needs & objectives with quality procurement solutions

 To continously manage designated supplier relationship development and supplier performance improvement

要求：

a)University degree in related field from an accredited university, with preference of background in Chemicals or Polymers

b)  7 years or more working experience in supply management field
