HR Manager
Job Descriptions:
Hiring:
Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including job posting (internal & external), sourcing, candidates selecting, interviewing, evaluating, offering, referral process, pre-employment, on-boarding, and reporting activities.
Work closely with the businesses to identify and respond to business needs from a resources perspective
Actively explore more effective recruitment channels, establish relationship with job agencies and keep the candidate pool lively.
Provide reporting including status on open positions, candidate tracking, and other recruiting metrics (time to fill, cost per hire)
Optimize recruiting process and policy to ensure the company to recruit the qualified staff regarding the skills, competencies, experience for coping with the company development strategy
People management:
Support employee rewarding system
Manage performance appraisal process
Play an important role as a bridge between employees and the management team
In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in handling labor disputes and disciplinary issues
Maintain Human Resources Information System.
Qualifications:
University degree or above
5+ years recruitment/HR working experiences in IT/software company
Extensive experience in hiring IT talents
Very active and dynamic, well versed with the knowledge of Human Resources and China Labor Law.
Have related experience in organizing project like HRIS, Salary structure, Job evaluation, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally·
Fluency in Chinese and English.
Honest, hardworking and a responsible person
Excellent presentation skill and writing skill.
