1负责完成公司制定的月度，季度，年度销售指标;
2积极参与建议公司各项宣传活动策划，并严格做好活动的执行；
3 执行店铺的各项运营标准，保证店铺的日常运营；
4 员工管理：工作任务安排、员工培训、绩效管理等；
5及时妥善处理好客诉，收集顾客的意见、建议和期望，并将信息反馈给公司,以帮助公司改善经营策略和服务水平；
6搜集公司竞品信息，为公司的经营策略提供参考。
任职要求

1大专以上学历，英文能够日常沟通；
2具有高端家具行业店面相关管理经验2年以上，有软装搭配或设计布置经验者优先；
3具有敏锐的市场意识；
4沟通能力强，较强的领导能力和团队管理经验。
