Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead OTC team to complete the daily transactions (cash application, master data maintenance, collection if required by sales depts.)

2. Supporting of monthly closing

3. Help team leader to monitor and review team performance

4. Resolve issues among team and across functions to achieve targeted team performance

5. Coordinate and support external and internal audits in AR, and complete others assigned tasks

6. Support team leader to run the implementation projects and complete others ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in finance, major in accounting/ finance or related

2. Over 5 years AR team working experience

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional management

4. SAP experience is a must

5. Good in English and Mandarin
