职位描述
Client background: our client is a foreign invested logistics company with 500-600 employees in Taicang.
Responsibility:
- Recruit, interview and evaluate new people for senior level positions
- Manage vendors and sourcing for new recruitment channels
- Launch annual training program in line with business need
- Build high quality human resource strategy for the site
- Labor relationship management
- Implementing C&B program
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 years HR related experience and 5 years management level position
- Good communication skills, strong leadership
- Fluent in English
