Position: IT Specialist

Report to: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Taicang, Jiangsu Province (工作地点：江苏省太仓市)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain computers’ hardware and software.

负责计算机的软、硬件管理、维护。

2. Maintain network system, make sure it normal operation.

负责网络系统维护，确保正常运行。

3. Server management and the client terminal in order maintenance.

负责服务器管理及终端系统正常运行的维护。

4. Manage and maintain mail system.

负责邮箱系统的管理与维护。

5. Manage and maintain SBO system.

负责SBO系统的管理与维护。

6. Manage and maintain backup administration system.

负责数据备份系统的管理与维护。

7. Manage and maintain printing equipments.

负责打印设备的管理、维护。

8. Security control and all kinds of computers’ hardware and software and office equipments’ recovery processing.

负责安全控制及各类计算机软硬件和办公设备的故障处理。

9. Be responsible for computer, accessories and peripherals’ purchasing.

负责电脑、配件及外设的购买。

10. Contact with IT department in HQ Germany.

负责与德国总部IT部门联系。

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer applications and maintenance.

- More than 3 years work experience in IT management or relative positions in foreign companies.

- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

- Be familiar with Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory / User Management, Hardware (HP Server Hardware) / Pc Hardware.

- Know Installation and administration WinXP / Win7 /MS office.

- Capacity in Network Administration (simple configuration of switches and pc's / cabling / troubleshooting).

- Knowledge of Backup administration (in the best caes DataProtector).

- Knowledge of information security.

- High work responsibility, team cooperation spirit.

- Analyze and solve problems abilities.

- Nice to have VMWare / vSphere, Linux and VPN Connections knowledge.
