Lead UX Designer UX设计师组长

What you’ll be doing here
● Creating awesome global experiences across our ecommerce platform (40+ sites) that delight our users worldwide.
● Designing with data and validating against our global user base at every step to deliver elegant, user-centred design solutions.
● Confidently advocating for our users and being their voice in project teams.
● Collaborating with fellow designers, developers and stakeholders, to get to the heart of the problem and solve user needs through creating journey maps, sketches, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
● Running design studios, feedback sessions and presenting proposals to a variety of stakeholders.
● Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design system, principles and guidelines that gel our products together.
● Developing and inspiring creativity through occasional seminars and training sessions.
● Championing UX throughout the team and company.

What you’re great at:
● Designing solutions that weave awe-inspiring customer experience, brand personality and business goals together.
● Using quantitative and qualitative research methods to create, test and validate your hypotheses.
● Using Sketch, InVision and keeping up to date with the best tools to use for prototyping and designing.
● Using your technical knowledge to competently communicate your ideas to developers and understand the capabilities of the mediums you’re working with.
● Engaging an audience through displaying passion and energy, coupled with solid written and verbal communication skills so you can explain and present a strong rationale for your design decisions.
● Keeping up to date with the latest in tech, UX and design, to inspire yourself and your surroundings, to invent and innovate.
● Challenging what you see to drive positive change.
● Have an understanding of lean and agile processes.
● Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
