Our specialists are responsible for the management and control of hundreds of major capital programs totaling over US$300 billion across all continents and market sectors, including transportation/infrastructure, mining and minerals, environmental, facilities, water and energy.

Responsibilities:

· 代表业主方利益，负责整个项目的全过程管理工作，包括协调项目设计/招标/现场施工综合管理工作。

· 向施工经理/项目经理及其他上级汇报工作；

· 与监理单位协调及控制机电系统的安装质量；

· 与设计单位协调及解决所有施工图上有关之设计协调问题；

· 监督及指导各驻工地机电检查人员进行安装检查；

· 检查施工进度计划和机电设备的材料供货、储存及安装情况；

· 检查承包单位的施工图纸、设备供应及其建议，并给予必要意见；

· 对承包单位的建议和调试工作计划进行检查并提出意见，安排包括政府部门要求的验收调试，如有需要协助业主安排有关政府部门人员出席及记录该些调试；

· 组织机电系统的调试验收，并检查各类机电安装是否符合设计及技术规格说明书要求，并达到满意运行效果；

· 组织现场检查以确保机电工程获得正确的监督，并按设计及合同条款要求和良好的工程习惯施工；

· 按机电合同条款内容，作好现场变更记录，协助解决业主与承包单位之间的合同纠纷或争论；

· 根据工程完成率，对机电承包单位的工程作出评估；

· 督促承包单位安排有关机电系统移交予业主进行操作；

· 协助业主管理公司督促承包单位进行系统操作的培训工作；

· 组织相关检查人员制定工程缺陷清单，并与承包单位安排尽快完成各项整改工作；

· 审阅承包单位所提交之竣工图纸；检查所有需提交的文件均已齐备，并确定承包单位均按合同要求把竣工图纸、维修及操作指示、验收证书等提交予业主存档；

· 每周工作6天。

Requirements:

· 暖通空调、电气专业本科或以上学历；

· 7年以上行业工作经验，具有高层办公楼类的机电安装/精装修 相关经验；

· 身体健康，能够满足全国各地长期出差的需要；

· 有甲方/外资管理公司 /总包施工单位机电管理经验，有一级建造师证优先；

· 熟练使用相关办公软件：AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office；

· 英文读写水平良好，能操上海方言者优先；
