BASIC FUNCTIONS

To provide a full range of support to the Product Management at the Shanghai Office

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

？ To compile market information on regular basis for management analysis.

？ To understand the market and industry for basic product management work

？ To assist the product manager for NPS and the product category portfolio management.

？ To provide a full range of support to product managers such as filing, record keeping, compiling reports, and all other time-consuming paper work.

？ To assist product managers with internal and external correspondent while product managers are out in the market

？ To act as co-ordinator in product launch and promotion related projects when required.

？ To collect market data and provide relevant financial analysis

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory relationship: - Report to senior product manager

External/Internal Relationship

To maintain corresponding contacts with design institutes and developers, the Company’s distributors and dealers, Company appointed contractors and suppliers and possibly some government departments.

To communicate with project and engineering team for NPD programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ University or college degree, preferably in marketing related discipline

？ With product marketing experience in providing administrative/clerical support to marketing team.

？ Reasonable good spoken and written English language skills

？ Good command of the Chinese and English MS Office software application

？ Preferably with basic accounting work knowledge/experience

？ Detail oriented and thorough
