Store user Support

1.Receive and handle escalated case from outsourcing Helpdesk Team. Transfer knowledge to customer and Helpdesk Team.

2.Handle Routine schedule task for store business. Like: Price change, Item master file maintenance

3.Establish and maintain knowledge base and documentation of troubleshooting.

4.Create and release user guide, help store user work in the right way with IT device and system.

Store Project Support

1.Responsible for all retail stores event, like: new store opening, store closing, private sales, etc.. Provide onsite or remote support and control in order make sure all hardware and software work properly.

2.Participate in  or lead Store IT project, like: POS system migrate, Store WiFi Installation. As  a project leader to control the progress and work closely with all business  users as well as supplier.

1.Record and pull new store system equipment for store.

2.Test and restage replacement equipment.

3.Ship and track all technical equipment to and from the stores.

4.Coordinate the installation and testing of the new equipment into the stores.

岗位职责： 

1、维护办公室软件、硬件、邮件等系统； 

2、维护门店POS系统、视频系统、考勤系统等服务流程； 

3、执行新店开店服务和闭店服务 

4、保证区域IT运维服务正常运行，处理紧急业务中断时间； 

5、完成上级安排的其他工作。 

岗位要求： 

1.专科或以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，英文水平良好

2.3年以上从事零售或连锁服务性行业的经历，有POS等零售行业常用IT系统运维经验.

3.熟悉计算机网络原理、能够解决常见的网络问题。

4.熟悉计算机软、硬件以及数据库应用技术方面的知识

5.具有良好的规划、计划、组织执行能力和沟通、协调能力。
