职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead all quotations and bidding for Minerals business in China.
2. Assist quality control implementation of suppliers.
3. Maintain an active database and knowledge base of available suppliers with experience, capability and capacity in specific commodity segments.
4. Resolve problems to improve supplier process capability.
5. Assist in cost reduction and product enhancements of sourced products.
6. Train and audit to quality system requirements when necessary.
7. Coordinate supplier corrective actions.
8. Monitor and measure supplier's performance.
9. Provide quality systems and manufacturing quality support as required.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Degree in engineering or engineering technology with sound working knowledge of foundry, casting, machining components.
2. Minimum 5~8years experience in foundry, casting, engineering, production and sourcing role, with emphasis on international sourcing experience.
3. Good knowledge of China suppliers /vendors and ability to identify and qualify suitable suppliers / vendors.
4. Experience with foundry, Machining and Casting process
5. Knowledge of product development processes and preventive QE techniques
6. Knowledge of ISO quality systems
7. Experience in terms of trade and standard payment procedures.
8. Flexible on travelling.
9. Pump experience is preferred but not essential
10. Confident with communicate with oversea customers both written and orally in English and in Mandarin Chinese.11. Good communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills
12. Good Interaction skills in Team environment
13. PC skills: Word, e-mail, Excel, Power Point, Access, Internet
14. Good problem solving skills
15. Task-oriented and able to complete projects on a timely basis
