职位描述
工作职责
1、与销售和客户交流，详细了解询价技术和商务要求
2、跟进报价流程。与内部其他部门（如供应链，财务，工程等）协作，确定产品价格和交期，并在报价周期内完成报价流程
3、跟踪报价。与销售密切联系，帮助销售取得订单
4、报价转为订单后，将相关信息转交给订单处理工程师。
向订单工程师和其他内部部门提供技术支持和背景信息，保证产品和服务满足要求
5、与销售团队一起合作完成销售目标
6、提交部门经理要求的业务报告
要求
1、工科类专科以上毕业
2、至少1年以上相关工作经验
3、英语说写流利
4、熟练操作OFFICE软件。熟悉ERP系统优先
5、具有客户服务意识
6、良好的沟通能力，具有团队精神
Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with sales and customer to clarify the technical requirements of the product and other commercial requirements on the IQI.
2. Follow up with the IQI process. Work with internal departments (e.g. Supply chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.), to get the lead time and price information. Response IQI within targeted lead time.
3. Track the status of the quoted IQI. Keep close contact and give support to the sales to hit the “IQI Hit Rate” target.
4.Transfer information to Order Processing Engineer once the IQI turns to order. Give technical support and project background to Order Processing Engineer and other internal Department to make sure the products and service meet the quoted condition.
5.Work with the team and take necessary actions to meet the sales target and department’s target.
6.Prepare business reports for department management needs.
Requirements:
1.Above University degree. Major in technical
2.At least 1 years relative working experience
3.Good command of English in both speaking and writing
4.Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is a plus.
5.Customer Service Thought.
6.Team player with good communication skill.
