Responsibilities:
-Data management of Porsche Academy Online system: Management of course status, attendance and pre/post course information on Porsche Academy
-Supporting Planning team in coordination of training events;
-Coordination of travel for Team members as required;
-Providing coordination resources for PAG visitors as required;
-Coordination support for all training based activities as required, including certification programs; -Interface with PC network to with regard to delegate attendance as required;
-Translation support for team as necessary;
-Support in all training materials production;
-Support Senior Manager and all Team Leaders in project work as required
-Supporting KPI reporting for PCN and PAG requirements;
-Supporting with Porsche Centre Business Plan auditing processes

Requirements:
-Study in automotive or business related subject and advantage
-Good organization and coordination skills
-Good skills in data analysis
-Self motivation with the ability to work on own initiative
-Be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks and projects
-Excellent English and Mandarin skills required, written and oral. German would be an advantage
-Proficient knowledge in MS Office and Lotus Notes
-Can work at least 4 work days a week
