KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
(results this role is expected to accomplish)
Auditing WGTS and Shanghai sales office employee reimbursement
Handle daily bank and petty cash payment and voucher in ERP
Declare Foreign Transaction to SAFE
Accrued and prepaid expenses management
Manage other receivable account
Cash flow management and bank reconciliation.
Prepare the employee allowance monthly report to HR manager
T&E policy training to all employee
WGTS monthly tax filing
Tax report as tax office requirement
Accounting voucher filing
Effectively communicate and liaise with the in-charge tax officials and other government officials
Other duties as required

Careful, patient and detail oriented
Logical, analytical
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English both verbally and in writing
Able to work in a computerized surroundings
Familiar with export and import business and SAFE declare is preferred
College diploma
