As a member of the Program Core Team, he/she is responsible for analysis, forecast, monitor customer volume and capacity planning, cover capacity planning for new program and existing program.

In the following fields, he/she has to:

Main responsibility

· Work together with acquisition team on new program capacity planning

· Combine new program volume with existing program to define detail investment timing with PML

· Owns and maintain middle term sales (PMT) & capacity planning

· Compare short term volume (PIC) data with PMT and analysis the trend of customer volume

· Work with sales team and plant logistic for precious sales volume and regular OEM capacity increasing investigation

· Timely feedback the risk of capacity to management team, prepare capacity report for management meeting

· Regular meeting with team in France and make sure all the volume and investment planning are in line.

· New generation of product study for new process and capacity study

· Be involved in CAPEX budget

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• More than 5 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering, and experience in capacity planning with a plant
• Experience in Automotive industry, and familiar with mechanical product and machining process, such as stamping, welding, machining and assembly.
• Good at analytical thinking; good at bridging data, good at communication in a logical and structural manner
• Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments)
• Familiar with MS-OFFICE, especially in Excel and ASSESS, understood VB is preferred.
• English required
