-负责柜台的细节管理，提高专柜形象；

-负责申请和实施销售费用，提出并实施促销活动的细节；

-与商场保持密切而良好的客情关系；

-负责专柜促销员招聘事宜;

-美妆品牌柜台管理经验, 有促销员资源的优先考虑；

-良好的细节管理能力；

-良好的数据分析能力；
