职位描述
1、独立负责维护和运营社交媒体平台（如微博、微信等创意内容），提供月度报告；
2、与内部部门和外部机构紧密合作，确保数字通信策略；
3、开展并实施数字营销活动，监控广告绩效和ROI；
4、具有研究发现媒体和创意内容的洞察力；
5、完成直线经理交办的其他任务。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有2-3年广告代理经验（更好的为化妆品品牌服务）
3、流利的英语听说读写能力；
4、有创造力，积极，诚实，有团队精神。
Job description:
1. Responsible for maintaining & operating social media platform dependently (e.g. Weibo,Wechat creative content), provides monthly reports;
2. Closely work with both internal sections and external agency to ensure the digital communication strategy;
3. Develop & implement digital marketing campaign to monitor ads performance& ROIs
4. TA study& find effective insight both for media & creative content;
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. Have 2-3 years experience in ads agency（ better serve cosmetic brands）
3. Fluent English in both writing and speaking;
4. Be creative, positive, honest and have team spirit.
