德加拉将和英国一家公司一起成立一家合资企业，业务为电子零售，销售产品主要以美妆器械为主。现招募一个总经理管理公司。

任职要求：

1. 7年左右的电商管理经验

2. 很强的商业头脑，有能力掌控公司的P&L

3. 能够从零开始组建团队

4. 若有美妆行业，美妆仪器经验为佳

5. 若在电商平台，TP公司，创业型公司工作过为佳

6. 英语听说读写优秀

Requirements: ？

1. Around 7 years of excellent track record in ECommerce

2. Proven track record of e-Commence business management in China

3. Possess strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P/L,

4. Able to lead a small team in a fast paced, startup environment. ？

5. Knowledge about the beauty device industry is strongly preferred

6. Previous working experiences in EC platforms, TP, startup companies are preferred.

7. Excellent English is a must, both in writing and speaking
