工作职责:

1. Perform flow cytometry and related experiments to analyze various tissues including tumor, spleen, peripheral blood, lymph node, etc. especially mouse tumor infiltrating leukocyte (TIL) analysis after in vivo drug efficacy studies.

2. Communicate with clients, from both domestic and abroad, and design analysis panels according to clients’ needs.

3. Develop new assay formats according to the development goal of the team.

4. Perform FACS analysis (CAP certified) in clinical projects.

5. Maintain the flow cytometers and help to train colleagues who need to use the machines.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in immunology, drug discovery, molecular biology or related fields.

2. Good laboratory techniques in cell culture and related field.

3. Good written and oral English communication skills.

4. Experiences in multiple-color FACS analysis is a plus.

5. Strong knowledge in immunology is a plus.
