Job Title: Sharepoint Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Implements new releases and sets up standards for operational management

? Resolves complex problems with SharePoint operations.

? Configures and implements SharePoint systems.

? Manages incidents, problems, changes and releases

? Tunes capacity and performance

? Develops and maintains know-how on the applications and processes applied in the SharePoint area

Competences

Must:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience

? Strong understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007

? Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0

? Strong understanding of Windows 2003 and/or 2008 server OS

? Strong understanding of networking architecture concepts

? Thorough understanding of SharePoint Central Administration site

? Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to assist team in meeting goals and deadlines

? Excellent communications skills and customer service experience.

? Good in English, both verbal and written

An advantage if the SharePoint Administrator has:

? Experience with SharePoint Designing

? MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 – Configuration

? MCTS: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 – Configuration

? Experience with database such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and DB2

? Experience with Microsoft IIS

? Experience with.Net
