- For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a Channel Operation Specialist for Healthcare Channel Operation Team at the earliest opportunity.
- The Channel Operation Specialist is responsible for assisting Channel Operation Manager to fulfill sales target, Handling routine sales operation job included Project Administration, OI&TO Forecast, Participate Quarterly Business review meeting, CPD and The meeting which organized by Channel Operation Team.

What are my responsibilities?
- Project Administration to get overview of business progress, This will do via SAM administration included project input, analysis,OI & TO forecast;
- Trainee Program handling to get qualifier sales fresh blood. Planning, Action and Assessment.
- Sales organization worksheet regularly renew and report to Channel Operation Manager.
- Participates the responsible Region/Modality meeting which concerning Region/Modality and Channel Management
- Supporting the channel management and organize the activities related to the channel
- Assist Channel Operation Manager to prepare budget setting, Presentation, issue the report which indicated by Channel Operation Manager
- Sales Web site organization, renew for communication with sales, also get sales feedback.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Over 3 years medical sales business experience, at least 1 year marketing work. Over 2 years project administration experience, and communication with Customer service, Logistic and Marketing division. Leadership capacity for at least 6 persons and 3 years work period. 5 year experience of work in different culture company
- Engineering background, skill in MS office(Excel, ppt, etc.)
- Know medical products, Healthcare industry know-how
- SAM administration skill for handling project admin.
- Education in Bachelor or above
- English writing, reading and conversation
- Familiar sales workflow, understand sales chain.
- Meeting, Event, Seminar organization
- Information collection, Analysis and summary
- Honest, highly responsible & can quickly react to sudden events
- Teamwork player
