MISSION

-This position is in charge of the import/export transportation of Trading business, include: Import flow, components flow, Brand Labeling flow & ITB flow.

-Transportation performance and spending management for both domestics and International Transportation including the flows from Overseas IG to China DC/import trade cluster/ plants and china plants to overseas IG

-To deliver BEST in class delivery experience to customer in term visibility, timeliness, quality and service

-Achieve business operational excellence in OTDT, crisis recovery, critical order management & cost-effective transportation model

-Form strong collaborative relationships between planning, procurement, manufacturing, central transportation teams, CCC to better serve SE’s customer

International

-Implement new international freight forwarder switch or new program launch eg. D2C

-Monitor and control international freight forwarders performance and spending

-Drive daily SIM with freight vendors to ensure optimal in-transit performance, mitigate risk for delay shipment and communicate with relevant cross functional team

-Manage quarter end revenue push / planned and unplanned event management

-Spot quote – Support the management of spot quote

-Ad hoc reporting, analysis and task to support the operational requirements

Domestics

-Daily shipments management - implement the central management methodology for Shipment dispatch, carrier assignment.

-Responsible for metrics and cost control of freight for related domestic business

-Data collection and creation of supply chain cost baselines for the calculation of savings

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor Degree is preferred ，in Transportation/Logistics/Business management

Job Related Experience: > 3 years

Business Understanding: Understand current China Logistics market and logistics best practice for typical industry

and strong in engineering/analysis; with experience in Lean Logistics provider services

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

• Excellent Communication skills (English), spoken and written.

• Business Acumen

• Transportation and supply chain management and systems

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Transportation & Logistics Management Work experience in Logistics environment preferred.

• Undergraduate University degree in relevant subject matter or commercial qualification or equivalent

• Master MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, Power point), Visio

• SAP skills is preferred

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Good change management skills;

• Good project management skills

• Good interpersonal skill

• Good knowledge on international freight forwarding and domestics transportation

• Familiar with TMS (Transportation management system) and Event management thru track & Trace visibility
