General role & responsibility

- Leverage soft- & hard- analytic skills to drive insights and deliver accurate & supportive analysis to internal & external issues

- Support the emerging segment exploration, with market researches & commercial deep dives, as to detect the market potentials and synthesis key market know-how

- Support the strategy build-up and implementation processes, with data collection & monitoring

Job Description

- Design qualitative and quantitative data-analyzing instruments

- Integrate qualitative and quantitative information to create insight for concerning issues

- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions

- Perform desk researches, identify key market participants, conduct expert interviews individually, as to establish the business intelligence for emerging segment, including PAM, Market Share, competition landscape, specific market trends, implications, possibilities, etc., within a short period

- With the knowledge & intelligence accumulation, gradually build-up the market know-how and expertise, performed as a knowledge center within the team, support Offer / BD team in need

- Follow up on key strategy implementation, with data collection & monitoring

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above

- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English

- Matured Excel / PPT skills

- Empathy, adaptability and high personal impact

- Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset

- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks

- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams

- Knowledge / Internship in industry marketing/ Strategy or BD function would be a plus
