职位描述
n Defines the data IT architecture for electronic relays adaptation
n Support deployment for ALs with any PMS (Partner MES, LDS, Wonderware, . . ); PMS= Production Management System
n Ensure PMS integration with tester and sysconf environment
n Screens needs for all connected ranges requiring a specific interface tool (ex Dorstromen, CU control gain tool) plugged into PMS or product itself and settle tool accordingly
n Qualify data flows, line process and product content for adaptation and ensure traceability
n Settles effective documented processes (graph)
n Develops and maintains a network of cross-organization IT data & PMS contacts to share best practices and transverse recommendations
Communicates to Managers, Experts, VPs, SVPs, the key messages in the best comprehensive format.n Education:
o Engineering degree; data systems & software; manufacturing software, order processes software
n Language:
o English mandatory – most of the works are in English
o French for relationships with French Suppliers
n Experiences:
o Experience of MTZ industrialization =S= Alpes / China / US => knowledge of detailed architecture, weaknesses and key success factors for new deployments (India / Mexico) and sustainability of the ecosystem
o Experience in manufacturing processes
o Management: at ease in Matrix & Functional management
n Background & autonomy:
o IT background and Software specification and qualification methodologies mastering
o Experience in connected offers
o Technical expertise in data management
o Ability to analyze data systems and interfaces to deliver clear diagnosis and proposals
o Skills and knowledge of manufacturing software (ERP, PMS, SAP, . . )
