职位描述
l Work closely with Business and HR SSC on People selection. Clearly understand the requirements of candidate from the business needs,and ensure the communication accurately and in time among the three parties. l Responsible for the new staff's integration, including orientation, probation performance review, etc. l Facilitate training needs analysis, produce and monitor annual training plan. Follow up with the training result, maintain training record. l Communicate, organize and mobilize employee satisfaction survey and follow up action plan l Follow up annual performance review and monitor action plan based on individuals. l Responsible for Sales STIP implementation including coordinating with related stakeholders to set up sales KPIs, targets and calculator, as well as taking charge of quarterly sales bonus payout entire process. l Provide professional suggestions or actions to line managers/supervisors, improving relations between managers and their subordinates. Supporting to improve department performance l Answer questions about labor law or company policies. l Coordinate with Labor Union for people's well-being and employee relations l Set up and effectively implement internal communication system to promote company culture by all means l Continuously review talent requirements with leaders/managers, assist in finding proper actions to develop and retain talent.
QUALIFICATION:
1. 3-5 years and above HR experience in multinational corporation, HRBP experience is highly preferred.
2. Strong Human Resources Functional Competencies, should be good at Business Partnership / Consulting, Development and Career Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Training, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Internal Communication and so on.
3. Strong Leadership Competencies, should be skilled in Cooperation Enhancement and Adaptation, Influence and Convince, Customer Focus, Results Driven, Change Management, Talents Development. Be capable of coaching, guiding, and directing the Business Leaders within supported Business Unit
4. Good Cross- Functional Competencies, should be familiar with Project Management, Effective Report Writing, Cross-Cultural Communication.
