职位描述
Objectives:
The digital solution manager has the end to end responsibility of the integration of the process and solutions into online and digital customer experience business. This role acts as bridge between business stakeholders and development team to ensure the final deliverables.
Responsibilities:
· Design the business process/customer journey within the project and cross functionally, ensure the maximum automation and efficiency of the processes, including clear implementation roadmap.
· Align technical direction, architecture and best practices across Business and IT owners to ensure precise communication and stakeholder management.
· Define and translate business requirements into an end-to-end technical solution and define technical requirements and individual work streams across various stakeholders.
· Lead the full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation and rollout, leveraging current and emerging technologies. Ensure the successful go-live of the projects according to defined time, quality and budget.
· Clarify scope, budget and resource for running/newly initiated projects.
· Coordinate product development with cross functional departments.
· Understand business trends and market opportunities.
· Produce regular reports and attend internal and external meetings to discuss both project and technical issues; setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
Skills and Experience:
· Extensive knowledge of, and manages business relationships and translates IT strategy into action and gives input into process of defining / developing IT / business strategy. Interface with IT Enterprise organization to assure alignment with, and influencing of, standards and procedures. Helps drive change in business processes and through projects.
· Knowledge of Agile software development process, experience of scrum framework setup.
· Ability to work creatively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing priorities.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to understand technical constrains and complexities of delivering modern software
· Able to learn quickly, navigate through ambiguity, and demonstrate logical and structured thinking.
· Creative problem solving/proactive thinking to challenge the status quo and drive progressive change improvement.
· Self-motivated, proactive attitude with strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Proven record of leadership in a work setting and through extracurricular activities.
· Excellent oral and written English.
· Experience in multi-projects management and cross functional projects management.
· Sales and marketing experience in auto industry.
