职位描述

To lead the automation field of Equipment (Production & Control Equipment) Fabrication

？ To provide the estimated equipment cost (automation part)

？ To specify the equipment specification & qualification plan(automation part)

？ To evaluate the supplier competency for suppler mapping (automationpart)

？ To participate in technical choices with suppliers

？ To participate actively in the clarification of product & equipmentthrough out project period (offer inquiry, equipment design &trouble-shooting)

？ To review the automation design & follow up the realization ofequipment.

？ To innovate the equipment specs by following up the industrialperformance of equipment & up-to-date industrial technologies.

？ To consolidate the equipment files & assure the training of plantstaffs

？ To participate in the qualification / acceptance and handover ofequipment

To support thecontinuous improvement of equipment performance after handover to plant

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:

Backgroundin Electrical, Automation & Control Products

Designof electrical/automation system, including low voltage power distribution andprotection, sensors (force/torque/position etc.)

Voltage/Currentcontrol and measurement

Motioncontrol (servo/step motor)

MESSpecification and application

PLC/HMI/SCADAapplication and programming

Basicknowledge of mechanical structure and components (like Pneumatic control)

Goodapplication experience with Schneider automation products is a plus

2. Required Educational Background &Professional Experience

Universitydegree in Electrical/Automation Engineering

Min. 5 years automationexperience (design, fabrication or maintenance) with 3 years automationdesign-related experience in non-standard assembly/test equipment

3. Languages:

Fluentin Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage)

4. Other Requirements:

Travel(Domestic or International) is a must. Travel frequency related to projectneeds.
