General role & responsibility
- Develop & drive hotel market segment strategy & business Plan to facilitate the segment business growth.
- Utilize and maximize the global segment and offer marketing resource to initiate, plan and execute the marketing programs in segment approach.
Job Description
- Deep dive the segment marketing intelligence including PAM, Market Share, competition landscape including specific focus on trends, implications, possibilities
- Map out the global and domestic hotel flag value chain and key stakeholders in hotel segment, develop the communication hierarchy and make the effective way to influence the key stakeholder
- Dig the customer insight to identify the opportunities and breakthrough idea, to build up Segment Value Propositions
- Build up effective segment marketing plan and segment tools, work closely with sales force aim to maximum the segment business result and drive the hotel business with high growth rate
- Work closely with offer marketing, competence center and global segment team to define the segment portfolio and go to market strategy
- Work closely with MARCOM team on the execution of the segment marketing activation
- Develop effective interaction with external segment community to build up the segment awareness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 years in B2B industry marketing or sales function
- Good English communication skills both oral and written
- In-depth marketing know-how, in relevant industry is preferred.
- Market segmentation and Customer targeting
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capability in setting vision & strategy
- Be a quick learner
- Influencing skill
- Foster cooperation, team work spirit
